Ben Fowler serves as Director of Manufacturing & Logistics at Hourigan, leading
the delivery of large-scale, complex manufacturing facilities and high-performing
distribution centers. He partners with clients from early master planning and
project development through construction, aligning operational goals with
efficient, well-executed solutions built for long-term performance.

With nearly a decade at Hourigan, Ben brings experience spanning all phases of
project delivery, allowing him to consider multiple angles and understand how
early decisions impact project outcomes. His background supporting advanced
manufacturing and logistics environments enables him to anticipate challenges,
align teams quickly, and maintain momentum throughout the lifecycle of a
project.

Ben’s leadership style combines collaboration, accountability, and a strong sense
of urgency. He understands the fast-paced nature of the clients’ operations and
leads teams to act decisively, solve problems proactively, and deliver with
precision and purpose.

Ben holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and is a certified
Design-Build Professional (DBIA®). A Richmond native, he values Hourigan’s
longstanding commitment to community impact and serves on the Associate
Board of Sportable.
