Kurt Dunmire brings more than two decades of construction safety experience to his role providing strategic direction for Hourigan’s safety team. With a deep background in safety, health, and environmental program management, Kurt supports teams across the organization in building strong safety practices that protect people, strengthen performance, and reinforce a culture of accountability.

Kurt is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and a Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Safety Sciences from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Society of Safety Professionals. Kurt is also trained in fall protection, confined space, scaffolding, and First Aid/CPR/AED, and he is an authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer.
