As Vice President of Hourigan’s Western Virginia Business Unit, Mike Castle brings more than 31 years of construction industry experience and a deeply client-focused approach to every engagement. He believes the most successful projects are built through strong collaboration—bringing owners, architects, engineers, and construction teams together early and working side by side throughout the process. Known for his hands-on leadership, Mike stays closely involved from preconstruction through completion, ensuring each project is delivered with clarity, accountability, and exceptional service.

Mike holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Bowling Green State University. He is also committed to developing the next generation of Hourigan leaders, investing in both the personal and professional growth of team members through mentorship and coaching.
