Sally Tate champions the people and culture side of Hourigan—leading talent acquisition, career and leadership development, and initiatives that strengthen the employee experience across the organization. With previous experience at innovative, high-growth companies including Snagajob and PartnerMD, she brings a steady, personable approach to building programs that support both team growth and business performance. From overseeing the firm’s marketing and communications to reinforcing a consistent culture of excellence, Sally exemplifies leadership from the inside out.

Sally graduated from Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business with a B.S. in Marketing Management. She is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional and serves on the boards of the Children’s Museum of Richmond, The Richmond Forum, and Junior Achievement of Central Virginia.

Outside of work, Sally enjoys reading and traveling with friends and family. In the spring and summer months, you’ll often find her alongside her husband, Nate, at the ball field cheering on their two sons.
