Across public and private projects, Todd brings a well-rounded perspective shaped by leadership roles in project management, field supervision, and preconstruction. His insight helps owners navigate risk, balance priorities, and achieve greater certainty in cost, quality, and schedule.

A Virginia native, Todd holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia and is a LEED Accredited Professional. He maintains strong ties to UVA through the Construction Engineering Management Industry Consortium, mentoring future engineers and supporting faculty initiatives.

Additionally, Todd serves on the Maymont Foundation Board of Directors and the Central Virginia Partnership for Economic Development. Through his work and community involvement, he’s passionate about creating places that strengthen communities today while supporting their growth for tomorrow.
