Senior Pursuit Coordinator

Description

The Client Solutions team is looking for a Senior Pursuit Coordinator to lead pursuit efforts in their associated region. The Senior Pursuit Coordinator specializes in knowledge of the regional market and construction industry, and is a strong collaborator with internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, write, edit, and produce marketing collateral, proposals, qualifications, award submissions, and interview presentation materials across all regions
  • Maintain quality control over output of proposals, qualification packages, printed materials, interview materials, etc.
  • Play an integral role in strategic planning for Pursuit team, department process and procedure improvements, and managing the overall marketing system
  • Meet with Client Solutions Managers to discuss strategic initiatives
  • Facilitate pursuit kick-of meetings and shortlist interview preparation sessions
  • Provide insight on pursuits in region and provides guidance to Client Solutions team members and others throughout the pursuit process
  • Participate as regional leader for marketing and pursuit effort with the BU leaders, Management, Client Solutions Managers, and People Strategies for resolving day-to-day issues and maintaining internal relationships
  • Participate in monthly internal marketing meetings with People Strategies and Client Solutions teams to discuss internal initiatives and account-based marketing
  • Facilitate documentation and photography of project events and assistance with project-related marketing needs; coordinate final photography for projects
  • Serve as the regional liaison with circle S studio for items such as website project updates and content suggestions
  • Conduct research for local strategic plans and pursuits
  • Coordinate and manage internal Client Solutions related events
  • Participate in the Hourigan Safety and Health Management System (SHMS) by committing to safe work practices, raising concerns, attending and applying safety and health training, and eliminating hazards within your capability and control and the help of safety staff.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related discipline
  • 6+ years of prior marketing/pursuit experience in the AEC industry or similar capacity
  • Expert knowledge of the regional construction market is preferred
  • Must understand delivery methods, roles, risks, and strategies in the AEC industry
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite is essential
  • Excellent understanding of marketing and graphic fundamentals
  • Highly effective at building and maintaining relationships with internal and external groups
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Think outside the box to find solutions to problems
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work interdependently
  • Very dependable and determined
  • Must possess the utmost of personal integrity and work effectively in a team environment to contribute significantly in extending a culture of collaboration, both internally and externally.
