Hourigan, announced today that Donald Fraser has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the firm.
Fraser brings a national perspective to Hourigan’s financial team as a subject-matter expert in construction accounting, risk management, insurance, and IT. Prior to joining Hourigan, Fraser served as a trusted member of the C-suite for a multi-billion-dollar construction management company for nearly two decades.
He received his undergraduate degree from The University of Massachusetts Amherst and his master’s degree in business administration and finance from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
Fraser will work closely with senior Hourigan leadership to assess financial capabilities and enhance management processes to sustain growth and drive high levels of performance across the development and construction companies.
