We are proud to announce our selection as general contractor for this design-build project in Smithfield, Virginia. Currently in the design phase, which is scheduled to continue through July 2014, the construction includes a 10-unit, 8,500 sqft assisted living addition, a 34-unit, 15,500 sqft short/long-term rehabilitation addition, a 4,000 sqft kitchen addition plus enhancements to parking areas and service roads. The construction phase of the project is planned to begin in August of this year.
