Richmond, VA – May 27, 2021 – Hourigan announced they are breaking ground this month on a new speculative building in Deepwater Industrial Park. In partnership with DSC Partners, this building is now available to prelease with an anticipated delivery of Q2 of 2022. Other buildings designed for the park will follow.
Plans for the 560,000 square foot building include a cross-dock warehouse, 42 dock-high loading doors and two drive-in doors. It will also include ample car parking, trailer drops and customized office space.

Deepwater Industrial Park, located in a designated Opportunity Zone, is a 110-acre industrial park with plans for 1.2 million square feet of industrial leasing opportunities. The park features redundant electric substations and ample other utilities to satisfy a full range of industrial and distribution users. Hourigan will develop and construct the entire park.
