Hourigan was selected by Evonik Corporation as the Construction Manager for the renovation of their recently acquired 93,250 SF, 2-story building located in Chesterfield County adjacent to the County airport. The objective of the project is to transform the existing facility into a modern and efficient office-laboratory complex that will promote innovations in chemical applications and support related business functions. Project team leadership will be provided by Joe Menard, Kelly DeVito and Ben Boatwright. Construction is anticipated to start in early summer 2014.
