We’re excited to announce that the Patriots Colony Dining Renovation project was selected as the Bronze Winner for the Environments for AgingRemodel-Renovation Award! Congratulations to all team members involved!
This project was an eight-phase renovation to the dining, kitchen, and bars of an occupied assisted living facility. We added a new addition on the back of the building to include 3,200 additional square feet of Bistro dining and a 1,500-square foot deck.
