Botetourt Apartments

Built in 1907, the nine-story Botetourt building was carefully restored into 40 studio-, one-, and two bedroom units include high-end finishes from quartz countertops and marble mosaic tile, to stainless steel fixtures and clear maple, hardwood flooring. Modern elements such as porcelain tile and crisp white shaker cabinets were carefully blended with lobby chandeliers, hammered sconces and exterior gas lanterns that capture the historic past of the building.
