Situated on a 3-acre downtown parcel with numerous site restrictive obstacles, this Class-A Medical Office required just-in-time material deliveries and smart site logistics.

The project included the shell and core construction of a 9-story, 213,000 GSF medical office building along with a 9-level, 300,000 GSF parking structure. The building is a standard steel frame with composite floor structure, brick veneer, curtain wall glazing, and membrane roof. The parking deck is constructed of precast frame with architectural precast skin.

More than 110,000 SF of tenant improvements was completed simultaneous with the shell and core construction.
