Glen Forest Office Park

Fast track? Those are two words many construction companies don’t like to hear. But Hourigan accepted the challenge on the Glen Forest Office Park. Hourigan teamed with long-term client Pruitt Properties and Freeman Morgan Architects to design and construct three class-A office buildings totaling 264,000 SF. Glen Forest Office Park was conceived to provide multi-tenant space, and many tenants were pre-sold with deadlines for moving into the buildings.

The exteriors of these facilities are a combination of precast, brick, and curtain wall systems. The buildings are positioned in a triangle around a central common area that includes landscaping, stone paving, and outdoor seating.
