Long Bay Pointe Marina & Restaurant

Hourigan worked on Long Bay Pointe’s innovative state-of-the-art marina and tourist destination in Virginia Beach. The One Fish Two Fish Restaurant constructed on the marina offers a unique feeling created by the casual waterfront environment and centrally located high-energy exhibition kitchen. The scope of the project also included:

-Worrell’s Seafood Market and commercial fishing operation

-The Pier House

-The California-style fitness center

The entire campus of marine businesses was preserved throughout the construction process, remaining in operation up to the time their new structures were in place
