Overview
Hourigan provided construction management services for the fast-track renovation of a 10-story, 285,000 SF office building located in the heart of downtown Norfolk. Hourigan re-skinned the complete exterior of the building with new glass and glazing to increase the field of vision from each floor and renovated the interior of the entire building.
