Overview

New construction of 450,000 SF, 9-story research facility; 350,000 SF, 9-level parking deck; 25,000 SF central utilities building and a pedestrian bridge between the buildings. Buildings consist of research laboratories, kitchen, dining areas, work areas, fitness center, offices and support spaces.

The Center for Research and Technology supports innovation in the research and development of new product lines for Altria. The building contains open office and testing spaces to foster the collaborative development of cutting edge concepts and products.
