Overview
Capital Square’s Opportunity Zone Fund VII development will include 352 Class A apartment units featuring studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units across three buildings in Richmond’s Scott’s Addition neighborhood. Along West Marshall Street, building and neighborhood residents will have access to over 5,350-SF of retail space and a publicly accessible pocket park. As part of the project, all three buildings will include an enhanced streetscape, including trees and ornamental lighting in front of all buildings. Amenities will include co-working space with private offices and conference room, a sky lounge with views of downtown Richmond, a resort-style zero edge pool, bike storage with repair stations, and more.
