Overview

The Checkered Flag Audi Project is a newly constructed 33,273 SF dealership. The design features a full curtain wall across much of the street-facing side of the building, allowing abundant natural light into the showroom. The parking lot incorporates porous pavers to prevent runoff and absorb rainwater back into the ground. The facility includes numerous indoor and outdoor EV charging stations, as well as a mezzanine with offices, locker rooms, and additional storage for parts.
