Overview

The project covers 58,263 square feet, spanning Levels 2, 3, and 4. The renovation involves demolition and refurbishment, including a remodeled floor plan, glass partitions in offices and conference rooms, updated flooring, acoustical ceiling tiles (ACT), paint, wallcoverings, motorized shades along the building’s perimeter, replacement of two rooftop units (RTUs), and a new building management system.
