Overview

The second phase of work at The Faison Center, the Guzman Community Center, was a single-level gym and auxiliary space used for physical education and community events. The façade is a continuation of phase one, but the interior boasts a grand entry lobby and a gym with all new basketball equipment and resilient athletic surface. Faison also received complete site development of their existing parcel, adding over 120 new parking spaces to absorb the growth and expansion on campus. Additionally, an Outdoor Learning Center provides similar interactive outdoor experiences as the phase one playground.
