Design-build construction services for new two-story building located on the north side of Princess Anne Road between Majestic Avenue and Norchester Street. The new Broad Creek Library includes administration offices, lobby, adult, young adult and children collection areas, computer labs, meeting rooms, program room, display and study areas, and lounge and support spaces. The new library also includes a roof terrace and children’s patio.
