The 111,000 SF 5-story VCU Health System Neuroscience, Orthopaedic, & Wellness (NOW) Center was developed by Stanley Shields Development as the Core & Shell Short Pump Medical Center prior to being purchased by VCU Health in May of 2016. Located in Short Pump Town Center, the facility is a new concept in outpatient medicine treatment for a wide variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions. Services provided include an imaging center, physical and occupational therapy, neurological and musculoskeletal clinics, pathology, infusion center, lab and a 5th floor pharmacy meeting ISO 6, 7, and 8 requirements. Hourigan was responsible for the Core and Shell and the interior fit out of all floors for VCU Health
