Overview

This project consists of new construction of a four-story, 104-unit multi-family building in the Manchester neighborhood of Richmond. The structure is wood frame construction totaling 76,000 SF. Built with Virginia Housing Development Authority financing, this complex will be a low-income tax credit apartment facility. This workforce housing complex will serve as community outreach and will benefit many workers for years to come by providing quality housing.
