Overview

Hourigan built 22,000 SF of new boarding level space and repurposed 12,000 SF of existing boarding level space which contains a four-lane Security Screening Checkpoint with room for expansion, concessions space, a new business club lounge, and the new concourse connector. The project also includes the construction of 11,000 SF of new apron level space and the renovation of 4,000 SF of existing apron level space. Due to the high level of security involved with working within an active, operating airport, the project involves significant phasing and complex construction sequencing.
