Overview

This project included 715,000 SF of demolition and repaving of the existing MH60S helicopter airfield, coordinated and sequenced to allow continuing flight operations throughout the project duration. Design and construction for site improvements included airfield pavement removal and replacement, pavement markings, airfield lighting, AC crack and spall repair, rinse and wash rack facilities, POV parking pavement, tarmac pavement, and new compass rose pavement for aircraft. This enormously complex project was completed on schedule with zero safety incidents.
