Overview

Hourigan provided construction management services for the new, 3-story, 80,000 SF administration building for STIHL, Inc. The state-of-the-art facility combines the Sales & Marketing, Finance & Controlling, Legal and Customer & Technical Service teams under one roof. It also houses a brand and customer welcome center. Hourigan also replaced the main entrance and security building, as well as constructed a new Technical Services Demonstration Area.
