Overview

This project includes the phased renovation of Memory Care, Healthcare, and Assisted Living areas for The Hermitage at Cedarfield LifePlan community campus. The work area comprises three floors and 89,000 SF of the existing resident Healthcare Wing. The scope encompasses reconfigurations of resident rooms and public spaces, as well as a dining addition and cosmetic updates in various areas. The project will require 200+ resident moves and meticulous coordination to facilitate the renovation work.
