The Hyatt is a 150,000 SF structure located along the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. The hotel is a post-tensioned cast-in-place structure on a tight site between adjacent buildings. It is supported with pile foundations and consists of 13 levels and 140 keys. Modern amenities include social spaces, work spaces, a rooftop terrace, fitness center, a restaurant, and a combination of rooms and suites.
