BUILDING CAREERS AND FUTURE LEADERS

Katie entered Hourigan’s Project Engineer program in 2017, ready for the opportunity for career exploration and professional development. Although she’s confident that project management is her ultimate path, the rotational program offers exposure to all sides of the industry. Over the span of a few years, Katie will ultimately experience field management, preconstruction, and project management, alongside training and engagement with Hourigan’s senior leaders.

Throw in a little BIM, safety, and business development, and recent graduates like Katie are fully armed with a wealth of knowledge about the construction industry—as well as better equipped and informed to pursue their best-fit career path. Katie says what’s so special about Hourigan is that “whatever path you want to take, they want to guide and empower you to follow your career goals and aspirations.”
