The architectural firm PSH+ is designing the project and Timmons Group is providing the project’s site planning services.
The asset will be located within the Watkins Centre, a mixed-use development community anchored by a Bon Secours Emergency Center; a 90,000 square-foot Class A office; a 50-bed memory care facility; 780 residential units, and retail.”
