  • Please use the 5-digit project number provided in your closeout turnover package to ensure proper submission of your request. If you do not have this number please contact the Hourigan representative you worked with, or call: 804-282-5300.

  • If you would like someone other than you to be contacted to schedule the warranty work please enter their contact information below. If you will be the primary contact leave the following 3 form fields blank.

  • Please provide a thorough description of your warranty request. Include the specific building if applicable, floor, room/area and description of actual issue. Please only provide one issue per form. Use the "Select Files" button below to upload photos and/or other documentation concerning your warranty request (this is not required to process your request).

  • 5MB limit on file attachments. If exceeded, the files will not be received by our system.
