Kelley C. Holland serves as in-house general counsel for Hourigan, bringing her unique skill set and passion for assisting clients with their legal needs to the team. Prior to joining the Hourigan team, she was a litigation attorney with the law firm of Williams Mullen, where she focused her practice on construction, environmental, and complex commercial litigation in both state and federal courts. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable D. Arthur Kelsey of the Court of Appeals of Virginia, before Kelsey was appointed to the Supreme Court of Virginia.

Kelley earned her law degree from Regent University of Law and her undergraduate degree in English and Spanish from the University of Virginia.  In between college and law school, she taught high school English and Spanish, and coached a variety of sports at Isle of Wight Academy, Bishop O’Connell High School, and Fork Union Military Academy. Hailing from both a small town and a large family, Kelley enjoys spending time with her many young nieces and nephews.Kelley Holland candid
