Michael Henley’s focus is on helping define appropriate solutions that address client needs and the complexities of their projects. He keenly understands that strong relationships and carefully selected teams must be built long before groundbreaking. Coupled with his deep experience in collaborative delivery methods like Design-Assist and Design-Build, this allows him to uncover efficiencies and assure project certainty.
After receiving a BS in Building Construction from Virginia Tech, Michael joined Hourigan in the field as an Assistant Superintendent for large corporate, higher education and healthcare clients. Seeing firsthand the value that technology could bring to the construction process, he spearheaded the development of the Virtual Construction group, leading it to introduce value-added services to remove risk. His unique blend of skills has served our clients, and us, well on the many complex and fast-track projects he has supported through MEP coordination, design management and implementation of new technology across the organization.
