Knolls Buildings I, II, & III, Capital One

Three buildings, totaling 468,000 SF.

Phase I consisted of 108,000 SF, 3-story Customer Service Call Center complete with communication rooms, video teleconferencing rooms and sophisticated voice and data cabling systems as well as redundant UPS and generator systems.

Phase II consisted of a 200,000 SF, 1-story structure is designed to withstand a 150 mph wind load and seismic 2 disturbance. The building operations area includes an 88,000 SF computer operations center servicing all of Capital One’s credit card accounts. The balance of the building includes remittance processing, credit card embossing, and warehouse/ distribution facility.

Phase III consisted of a 160,000 SF, 4-story Customer Service Call Center with communications room, video teleconferencing rooms and sophisticated voice and data cabling systems. The building is backed up by redundant UPS and generator systems. All built on a fast-track schedule of 10 months.
