Lee Medical Apartments

This adaptive reuse/historic renovation project transformed a former medical office building into 50 apartments. Located on Richmond’s famed Monument Avenue, the 50,000 SF building comprised of six stories and a basement that required a complete gut and rebuild, including all new MEP and sprinkler systems.
