Originally built by Hourigan in 1998, when the opportunity to purchase the former Media General building came along, it fit perfectly within our development focus. The combination of a prime location in downtown Richmond, institutional quality and our historical knowledge of the building and its systems aligned well with our vision. After making capital improvements and tenant upgrades, a long-term lease for the 125,000 SF building was put in place.
