OrthoVirginia Medical Office Building Watkins Centre

A new OrthoVirginia is currently under construction with completion expected in the Fall of 2024. The 77,000 square foot orthopedics destination will be located at Watkins Centre in Chesterfield County, Virginia. This facility will allow OrthoVirginia to serve a wider range of patients throughout Central VA.

• Structure: Structural Steel with concrete-filled metal decking
• Envelope: Store Front, Punched Windows, Brick, Metal Panels, limited DEFS.

• Special Finishes:  MRI Ceiling Light Fixtures, Elevator Lobby Ceilings, Translucent Drop-Off Canopy
