Project Magnolia

Design-Build construction of a 113,000 SF state-of-the-art Tier III Mission Critical Operation and Data Center. This highly secure, hardened facility has full back up capabilities which includes an operating data center and office/administrative spaces. This entire greenfield site required security cleared access and controls for the duration of project. The project is LEED Silver certified.
